Microlink was proud to join Arsenal Football Club, alongside fellow partners Google and London Met University, to celebrate the International Day of Persons with Disabilities on December 6th, at an inspiring event held at Emirates Stadium.
The occasion brought together businesses, community leaders, and disabled individuals to share knowledge, explore innovative solutions, and champion inclusion in the workplace.
Arsenal’s Director of ESG, Hannah Mansour, set the tone for the event by emphasising the power of inclusion, saying, “When we surround ourselves with new and different perspectives, we make better decisions, which drives us forward. At Arsenal, we are committed to building a community where everyone feels they belong.”
Microlink has helped Arsenal maintain their Disability Confident Leader status since 2021, and has worked even more closely with the club since April in their broader efforts to champion disability inclusion.
As Microlink Access Consultant, Tracey Abbott, says: “Microlink is proud to support Arsenal as a Disability Confident Leader, setting an example of how workplace accessibility can attract and retain top talent.
