We always need to consider the population as a whole and implementing Workplace Adjustments to make things accessible for everyone.
By providing the right tools everyone is capable and by doing this we are just removing barriers, we are not giving them an advantage, we are merely providing them a level playing field to succeed.
Employment sector is the biggest focus because having a job is what everyone is looking for as a fulfilment to continue living and most people left behind if they have any disability.
