ClaroRead 9: Spellcheck and Prediction
Join our webinar on the Oct 5, 2020 02:00 PM London
Spelling can be difficult for people with Dyslexia, for example, homophones such as “there” and “their.” ClaroRead has always supported these people by notifying them of these occurrences, one at a time.
Although this is great, this can be time consuming. ClaroRead 9 allows the user to check homophones or confusing words throughout the entire word document. ClaroRead will take you to each word which may need checking – it will skip common words that are highly unlikely to be incorrect such as “I” and “the”, this is a much quicker method. Expert spellcheck technology from Lingit is integrated, who are world leaders in spell checkers for people with dyslexia.
An additional feature in ClaroRead 9, word prediction now features as pictures and can assist you in choosing the correct word. This is great when typing homophones to help you select the correct word amongst same-sounding words.
