What is the Disability Confident Scheme?
The Disability Confident scheme is a government initiative designed to help employers recruit and retain people with disabilities and long-term health conditions. - Disability Confident Committed (Level 1): Employers pledge to learn more about disability inclusion and take the first steps towards action.
- Disability Confident Employer (Level 2): Employers actively implement inclusive practices and demonstrate commitment to disability confidence.
- Disability Confident Leader (Level 3): Organisations at this level act as role models by leading the way and inspiring others to follow suit.
