1. Cancellation Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your goods for any reason, please read below;
When you receive a DSA order, please be aware that this has been authorised within the DSA standards unless you have decided to upgrade your equipment at an additional cost. If you are for any reason unhappy with the standard DSA order in reference to specification, colour, or make/model, please contact your assessor.
If you wish to alter your DSA order, you must do so before confirming your delivery date.
Special order items / upgrades are obtained at a customer’s request. Once an order has been processed and approved by the customer, the order cannot be cancelled or returned. The right of cancellation under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 does not apply (See Regulation 28 in relation to goods made to consumer’s specification or personalised – e.g. by the specific installation of particular software)
If Microlink authorise an item to be returned, dependant on the circumstances, it must be returned unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Microlink cannot accept the return of registered or activated software. Returned items will be at the customer’s expense and it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure adequate carriage and insurance is in place for the value of the goods. We cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items.
Training/Installation appointments must be cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice to either Microlink PC or Microlink Aptolink prior to your session; cancellation within 48 hours of the session will be subject to a cancellation fee.
